In addition to a medley of hors d’ oeuvres and soft beverages we provide as part of every cruise, meals are available for purchase, but must be planned ahead. We maintain a local and regional approach to our food, offering only the freshest organic ingredients we can find.

A good pairing with the two hour cruises:
Gourmet sandwiches, (Plan with the chef)

For longer cruises of three hours or more, and depending on the time of day, brunch, or dinner. More elaborate meals of several courses can be made available. One entrée choice must be selected for the group.

Quiche
A wide variety of quiche including vegetarian, crab, or traditional Quiche Lorraine.

One large platter served family style, mixed greens, fresh vegetables, legumes, hard-cooked egg, beets and parmesan or feta cheese, served with sautéed and sliced chicken breast.  Served with fresh bread

First course
Mark’s own crab cakes made with Dungeness crab, served on a bed of greens with fresh tomato chutney

Chicken Breast:
Stuffed with artichoke heart and sun dried tomato, baked in wine and served over wild rice and lightly steamed vegetable.
