Marriage

My husband and I were married on the boat in October 2010. The cruise took us through Lake Washington and Lake Union. We were married at sunset, at the front of the boat, on Lake Union. Then we enjoyed an amazing dinner, anchored in Lake Washington, with Mt. Ranier in the background. What a wonderful experience! We will never forget our wedding day!

We're looking forward to our annual trip to Seattle and another enchanting afternoon aboard this beautiful wooden boat, the Carol M. The boat's owner and chef, Mark Lanfear, never fails to amaze us with his charming hospitality and pride in ownership. There is no better way to relax than cruising on Lakes Union and Washington, gazing at beautiful homes and darling houseboats, and then culminating with an absolutely delicious gourmet meal.

Seattle is a beautiful city and we enjoy all the touristy things; however, our vacation just wouldn't be the same without a cruise on the Carol M!

Relaxing & Exciting

We spent an April afternoon cruising the lakes on this beautiful boat. We loved seeing the sights from the vantage point of the water. It was? the highlight of our trip to Seattle!

Went out for a 1.5 hour hors d'oeuvre cruise for 6 and had an amazing time. The boat is absolutely beautiful and the top deck area has ample comfy seats to enjoy the nice weather.

Mark was extremely welcoming and attentive. Next time I will definitely be ordering food and going out for a bit longer.

All in all, this is a great cruise for a group of friends or anyone looking for a nice evening out.

Carol R\'s review is spot on. Of course more can be added. Such as: Mark, the chef/owner is a great chef and you really should order something to eat for your cruise-you won\'t regret it!
The cruise is beautiful, taking in all the great sites of Seattle from the water. Have fun with your loved ones and friends!!!!

Thank you for a wonderful time. I will never forget the sunset on our way back from the bay. The food was wonderful! That was my mother’s first time on such an elegant boat, and I’m glad her experience was magical. Hope to have another cruise soon!

This is an amazing and beautiful 1940s wooden cruising boat that is elegant and comfortable. The dinner cruise was delicious, and we went all over Lake Washington. We pre-arranged what we wanted to eat with the owner/chef, and it was just what we wanted. This would be a great cruise for friends visiting Seattle or for an anniversary, graduation, or other special occasion.
